Your membership strengthens our legal standing
Regulatory agencies and courts take community opposition seriously when it is documented and broad. A large, verified membership roster showing residents across the region are affected is a critical tool in our regulatory challenges and legal strategy. Who are we?

Great Lakes Neighbors United was founded by Port Washington-area residents concerned about an $8 billion data center campus and the massive high-voltage transmission lines it requires being built without adequate community input or environmental review.

We are neighbors, parents, farmers, and professionals who believe that major industrial development should happen with transparency, accountability, and genuine respect for the people who live here.
